No fear, these are the official blizzard download files from before the 1.14 destroy the community patch and should be completely legal. Go to Diablo 3 Ingame Forum where User ChaosMarc offers the installer.iso files for Diablo II: LoD 1.12a.And after installing it I opened the game and got all of the updates to version 1.12 I think it was. So I went to my computer and successfully installed Diablo 2 Regular (Full Install) with the 3 CDs that came with the box (Install Disc, Play Disc and Cinematic's Disc).
